How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

The simulator, all hardware, and software can be purchased through Simulator Studio. If you wish to DIY the project, it will be shipped directly to your home. If we are installing it for you, it will be shipped to us and brought to your home for installation.

About The Simulator Studio

At The Simulator Studio, our goal is simple: to take the stress and uncertainty out of buying and installing a golf simulator.

We guide you through the process, making sure your system is the perfect fit for your game, your space, and your budget—so you can focus on what matters most: enjoying the game you love.

Our Story

The Simulator Studio was founded by Matthew and Jessica Russo, a husband-and-wife team from Mattapoisett, Massachusetts who share a love for the game of golf. The idea took shape when Matt’s parents decided to install a simulator in their home. With no showroom to test models and endless online options, the process became overwhelming – different features, price points, and promises that were hard to compare.

Jess and Matt stepped in to help, evaluating every option: eliminating those that didn’t fit the space, stretched the budget, or lacked the detailed club head data they wanted. Even after finding the right system, one major question remained: who would handle the installation? The thought of investing thousands of dollars only to attempt a do-it-yourself setup wasn’t appealing, so Matt took on the installation himself.

That hands-on experience revealed a bigger need in the market—and inspired the creation of Simulator Studio.
